What is your local delivery policy? 

We offer free Singapore shipping with insurance for online orders. Online orders with normal delivery will be shipped via courier within 2 to 3 business days. For local office addresses, delivery will be made between 9am to 5pm (SGT). During seasonal sales and holiday periods, it may take up to 5 business days for us to process your orders. We seek your kind understanding during these peak seasons. There will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

In the event where the customer is uncontactable and/or if no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be considered a failed delivery. Unfortunately, the re-delivery fee of $20 will be borne by the recipient.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship internationally via FedEx Parcel Pro or Malca Amit within 10 to 14 business days.  All shipments outside of Singapore may be subject to import charges (duties, customs tariffs, and government service tax) which are set by the destination country. Taxes and tariffs imposed by these countries will be borne by the recipient.
